General:
Not at all. Our urgent care clinic operates on a walk in basis. No appointment is needed. Last minute emergency visits and walk-in visits are always welcome from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. If you prefer to make an appointment, however, simply call our office during regular business hours, or schedule an appointment online.
We accept both appointments and walk-ins. If you’ve made an appointment, you can expect to be seen by one of our professionals at that time or close to. If you’re a walk-in, we’ll do our best to make your visit get done in less than an hour. We welcome all patients to enjoy provided complimentary refreshments, such as Starbucks coffee, tea and juice, available in the lobby.
Dupage Immediate Care center is staffed by board certified physicians who are going to take care of all of our patients.
When you visit DuPage Immediate Care, please bring with you your photo ID and insurance card if you carry health insurance. During your visit, you’ll be asked to complete a short registration form. After that, you’ll be seen by our physician.
DuPage Immediate Care treats kids and adults of all ages.
At DuPage Immediate Care, physicians are available during normal office hours, from 7 AM to 12 AM (Midnight). To see a doctor, simply walk in to our location at 1 S 210 Summit Ave, We are located at the corner of Summit Avenue and 14th street in Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181

Yes we do. We have a dedicated team of primary care physicians who are ready to provide comprehensive health care services to everyone in your family.
Absolutely. Our physicians are on hand to provide complete physical exams, including annual physical exams, mandatory employment physicals, and more. We also provide sports screening exams and school physicals.
At DuPage Immediate Care, we recognize that many of patients rely on instant prescription fills in order to facilitate their care. For our clients' convenience, there is an on-site pharmacy available as a third party pharmacy. If you have been prescribed a medication to treat your condition, you have the option to have that prescription filled before you even leave the building. However, Pharmacy hours differ from our urgent care hours. Please call for more information.
Yes of course. We keep our offices open late during the week and we’re open daily so you’ll never have to wait to get tested.
Yes, we offer x-ray services on-site with results being read by the radiologist in less than 30 min. For prompt testing and diagnosis, visit DuPage Immediate Care today.

Billing:
If you have current insurance, you will be expected to pay for your urgent care co-payment at the time of the service. For patients without insurance, the urgent care center at DuPage Immediate Care offers significant savings over a typical visit to the local hospital emergency room.
Unfortunately, we can’t bill patients their visit balance nor do a payment plan. Payment is expected at the time of the visit. Most credit cards are accepted.
If you have a question about the cost of a visit, simply ask at the time of check-in or give us a call.
No, we don't bill the emergency room co-payment. Our costs are close to the line of the primary care physician’s visit.
Most insurance plans are accepted. If you have a question about a particular insurance plan and if it is accepted simply ask at the time of check-in or give us a call.
You don’t have to have insurance to be seen by one of our doctors. Please be prepared to pay for your visit at the time of service.
Of course! The important thing is that you get the medical care you need. If you have your member number, the name of your insurance company, and a photo I.D. you’re good to go!
