DuPage Immediate Care is a walk-in urgent care center, and we welcome walk-ins at any time during our operating hours. However, if you prefer to make an appointment, we offer that as well and will do our best to see you as close to your appointment time as possible.
While we pride ourselves on seeing every patient as quickly as possible, we also offer the option for patients to reserve a spot prior to entering the clinic to further minimize wait times. As is the case in any urgent care center, the day’s workflow and the number of critical cases we receive can influence wait times, but rest assured that we always do our best to see patients as fast as possible.
